GetActiveCommitteeMembers

Lists active committee members for the given standing committee.
Exception thrown for invalid agency or committee name.
Agency should be House or Senate. CommitteeName is the Name Property returned in GetActiveHouseCommittees/GetActiveSenateCommittees.
